BASIC VIEWING INSTRUCTIONS

For Widows Vista and XP users

  • Windows Media Player must be installed.
  • Internet Explorer is the preferred browser to access the URL. Other browsers may have problems.
  • It may help to pre-install Silverlight software from Microsoft to access the Windows Media stream.

NOTE: Windows 7 is being tested.

Mac OS X users

  • Use Safari as the browser to access the URL.
  • Select the Real Media link on the browser interface. Mac users should install Real Player from http://www.real.com.
  • Microsoft does not directly support Windows Media in OS X. Do not use the Windows Media link unless you have installed the software called Flip4Mac which may work but we cannot guarantee success with it.
  • You can also pre-install the Mac OS X Silverlight software from Microsoft to access the Windows Media stream.
